hi, I installed your (excellent) plugin to convert images to webP on the site in question. Now I have purchased a Premium plugin to convert images to both webP and AVIF so I intend to uninstall your plugin and install the Premium version of the new one to also use the AVIF functionality. The question I would like to ask is this: once CONVERTER FOR MEDIA is uninstalled, which folders (and database tables if there are any) do I have to delete to reconvert all the images with the new plugin? thanks a lot for the support.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gtcrea,

    Thank you for your message.

You don’t have to uninstall the plugin – just activate the access token in the free version of the plugin. That’s all.

    Best,
    Mateusz

thanks for the immediate response but the plugin that I am going to install is not the premium version of converter for media but it is another plugin that replaces converter for media that is why I asked, once uninstalled CONVERTER FOR MEDIA, which folders (and database tables if there are any) I have to delete to reconvert all the images with the new plugin? thanks a lot for the support.

@gtcrea When you uninstall the plugin via the WordPress dashboard, all converted files and database data will be deleted.
