  • Good question. Also when I don′t want to use it anymore, how can I delete the code?

Good followup question Johnyboy123… If only the people who created this plugin would care enough to write back.

For some reason I’m listed on the plugin as developer but in the support forums I am only referenced as ‘member’ so I get none of these updates unless people access our contact form on our site directly.

You can delete it anytime you want, naturally it will no longer be injecting your Hotjar code after you delete it. And in terms of how to delete the code? That’s standard to WordPress. After you click deactivate you can click delete.
