Delete post in frontpage

How can i delete a post directly when viewing the post?

A user can visit my website and view it as normal.
But me as admin or a mod have a delete button which deletes the post directly with one click. You know just like the edit button.

Can someone help me? Thank you.

I dont visit this forum often but i will try to view answers. I just dont like the design and the forum system its so american i have hard time understanding how americans designs websites. Its so confusing for me cause im in EU i just live european.
