The latest update broke my page completely. I had to deactivate the plugin manually in the options database.

How can I delete or reset the options of the plugin to be able to activate it with default settings again? (So which options in which table to delete?)

    Best regards,
    Bernhard

    Hi @rahra0,

Hope you are doing well ??

Updating the plugin shouldn’t break the dashboard that might be a conflict. Simply reinstalling the plugin could work.

All the settings are saved under fta_settings optin in wp_options table.

We are continuously working on creating new features that can help users we understand it’s a bit difficult to reinstall the plugin and authenticate again but it’s better for the end-user security and using the advanced features.

Let me know if you need further more help

Exact same thing happened to me, White Screen Of Death all over the site right after the update, so I had to disable the plugin thru ftp. And a reinstall did not help, it crashed the site all the same.

I use WordPress 4.9.11 and PHP 5.3, if that matters.

May I know what theme you are using?

Deleting the fta_settings did not help. The error log of the web server shows the following:

Interestingly, if I activate the plugin it somehow creates pages with the title “My Instagram Feed Demo”.
I have to delete them after activating the plugin.

I run a multisite installation and it is the “Graphene” theme. On other blogs it works, hence, it definitely seems to be theme-related.

    Hi there,

Hope you folks are doing well ??

I just released the updated version with fixed PHP notices and themes compatibility issues and yes plugin creates a demo page which is required when you customize the feeds in customizer area but it shouldn’t create more than one page and fixed now.

Please try re-installing the plugin again now.

I updated it but it does still not work on the one blog. But the error message in the error_log doesn’t appear any more.

Same here, the updated version still crashes the site.

Is there any update about this matter?

I think this could be the same issue as my problem.

    I still can’t fix this.
If I install the Plugin on a WordPress (v5.3) installation where this plugin was never used , everything works fine.

But if I uninstall the plugin via WordPress, delete the fta_settings and reinstall the plugin => Still the same issue.

Are there other informations stored in the database?
