Delete Search options sidebar

Hi there,

I’m new to this plugin and i would like to know if somebody knows a code or option to delete the search options sidebar from the plugin. My cli?nt doesn’t have so many machines, also for the aditional information bar, can this also be removed from the single item page? If my entry is empty this feature still comes up.

Hope somebody can help me out with this!
