I just found several spam messages on a website that is on my list of covered sites. When I went into the site and went to the plugins it said Cleantalk needed to be activated, but on my list on my Cleantalk dashboard, it said this site is active. When I clicked “activate” in the plugin list it took me to the dashboard on WordPress that had the access key already in it. Why was it disconnected? Why did it let all the spam through? Why is it not protecting the site?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello.

    Thank you for your request.

I’ve tested your website fibrolady.com and protection does not work.

Please, re-save the access key in plugin settings.

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> “Show the access key” line —> delete everything in the field and paste your access key —> Save Changes.

You can find access key in your CleanTalk Dashboard:
