Delete starbox

    Hello,
    I want to deactivate and delete Starbox from my site. Deleting it produces an error message: “Delete Failed: There was a critical error on your website. Learn more about troubleshooting in WordPress.”

    As soon as I deactivate Starbox, it can still be seen on the pages or posts.

    Hi,

    When you deactivate the plugin and get that error, check the error log to see why you’re getting the error.

    You can also deactivate the plugin if you delete the directory “startbox” from wp-content/plugins

    Hello, I deleted the plug-in after deactivating it in the web space. It is not completely removed.

    Hi, the author icon seems to be added by the WordPress Theme.

    Check the Theme settings for any author box option.
