delete the "My blog"

hi guys,im a total newbie in wo,i used to make sites with html but i find wp quite hard (until i learn it)
I just got a template https://smartaddons.com/demo/templates/wordpress/sw_you/
but i cant figure how i can delete the “my blog” and what are the plagins that they use ,cause the final resalt of the download seems like this
