Delete the shopping cart if the event no longer exists

Hello !

A user was able to purchase a ticket for an event that was over.
He had put a ticket in his shopping cart, but did not make the payments.
The ticket was not deleted after the event ended.

What should I do to prevent it from happening again?

Clarification: my products are automatically deleted after 1 hour in the shopping cart but not the events
