Reviews tend to skew toward people who feel frustrated, which is understandable. If a product works fine for you, you’re a lot less likely to write a review than if you’re frustrated. User research and feedback has indicated there are lots of people for whom Gutenberg has made a real difference.
Making software that works well for 30% of the web is a big undertaking, and we won’t get it right for everyone right out of the gate, but we’re trying to continually improve.
