    Hi,
whenever a customer subscribes to any products, they have a 30 days trial.
    How can i delete it?
I don’t want any trial at all.
    What should i edit?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro!

Each level has settings on how that subscription works for billing or trials. You must look at the Membership Level page for that level. Membership > Settings > Levels.
You can find documentation on Level settings here. https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/membership-levels/initial-membership-level-setup/

Are you using a 3rd party plugin to sell the PMPro memberships, like WooCommerce?. If this is the case, you might also have to check how that plugin is configured also.

    Hi Kim,
    thanks for your reply.
I solved this adding the same amount of the billing cycle in the trial.
I’m not using woocommerce, but for some reason even if i don’t select any trial, i will get “trial” in Stripe.
This is a workaround i found for this issue.
If you can solve it, it would be great
    Thanks!

“Trial” is what Stripe calls the first transaction with a customer if you are collecting for a recurring payment you will see 2 transactions in Stripe, one is called a trial, then the renewal becomes an invoice.
