Delete unused media images

While importing image media from another WP domain to this one, I mistakenly uploaded multiple copies of many images (maybe even all?). Between these copies and the automatic resizing WP does to images, this database has a load of unused files I’d like deleted. I tried using Image Cleanup and Media Cleanup plugins. I was unsuccessful. Any suggestions for quick, easy search/delete of unused media files?
