Delete user after logout or session expired

Hello! I’m using this plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/external-db-auth-reloaded/, it allows login using an external database. It checks if the user and password match in the external database and then create the user account on wordpress but.. there is a ‘little problem’. The plugin doesn’t remove the user account when the user logouts or the session expires, so.. if the user is removed from the external database it still exists on wordpress..

Can anyone help me with it please?
