Delete User and Recover Password

I have forgot to change my admin password when i install and i now i lost it.

I have when installed created a user with level 9 right. However it seems this user can not edit his own detail ( Login Name ); or delete users.

Are these only avalible in Admin?

What can i do apart from install again. ( I don’t have anything in my blog yet so is not really a problem. )
