Delete webp images while deleting the original image

Hello,

Upon uploading a new image, this plugin is generating a webp version of the image and keeps in the specific folder. But when I delete the image from my WordPress(original image), this plugin is not removing the webp version of my image. Is that intended behaviour? I need to remove the webp version of the original image from server when the original image is removed from the server. How to do it?
