Delete word showing to left of Contact Form

Try adding the following CSS:

.contact-info.one-fourth {
  display: none !important;
}

Would that go on the contact.php? Or on the page-contact.php?

The contact.php shows this:

[excessive and mangled code removed ]

Either remove the following code from page-contact.php:

A simpler solution will be to hide that word using CSS – try adding this to your custom CSS section of the Dashboard:

.contact-info h4 {
    display: none;
}

That would go in the style.css file on your theme. Better to make a child theme.

The site has custom CSS.
