Delete www.ads-software.com Account without access to associated email

    I’m not exactly sure who does this, by try emailing [email protected]. The issue is that no one can delete your account until they can verify you’re the account owner. So, after discussion in the back room, we’ll let that email handle it. Good luck.

    I’ll let the forum password resets guys handle it, however, if you cannot verify that you are the owner of the account, then we cannot delete it for you.

    Basically, you have to email from the address itself to verify you are the owner of the account. If you lost access to the email address, then you no longer own the account.

    Thank you for the information guys, i will contact forum-password-resets. however i believe that as long as i have the password from my account i am the owner of my account and i have right to delete it.

    UPD: lol i was able to change my email in account’s settings, now i can request my WP account removal :)))

    case closed.
