deleted a theme folder, now page is blank

Hello,

If I have deleted folder which contained the active theme I get a blank page.

I neglected to activate another theme as my active theme before I deleted the folder.

Is there any way I can restore one of the other themes as my active theme without needing to go through WordPress – say by editing specific files outside of wordpress?

Any help will be appreciated.
