• Selecting a date range doesn’t help. This plugin has deleted all of my orders. I don’t understand why. Guess there’s no way to undo this. What a clusterfck.

  • Hi Kim, I’m very sorry to hear that, contact your hosting provider immediately as they may have a daily backup or snapshot available to restore that lost data. The nuking capabilities of this Plugin are extensive and unfortunately permanent.

    (I personally use VaultPress for continual backups after my own data loss experiences)

    Can you clarify what date range was provided so I can attempt to reproduce this? I’m keen to resolve this so it doesn’t affect other users.

    I did, but I didn’t have time to wait for their reply. I added all the orders back manually for the last 2 days. I had a backup of the move but it only went to 4/2. Went it was back up 4/6, people started ordering again. Water under the bridge. Was my fault for not making a backup.

    However, what I did was select a date range of 24/9/18 – 31/3/10 for deletion.
