Be sure to make a copy of all your original images before activating this plugin – I didn’t and now all of my images have the watermark and there’s no way of getting rid of it.

We are sorry to hear of your trouble using our plugin.

Could you please be a bit more clear on exactly what has happened.
Did the plugin delete your images, or did it watermark them?

Are you sure it was the transparent image watermark plugin?
It should only watermark one image at a time.
We have a different plugin called bulk watermark, which could watermark all of your images.

    Thanks!

Hi Chris. Yes, unfortunately it was indeed this plugin: ‘Transparent Image Watermark’. It watermarked my images. On my first attempt the watermark looked bad so I wanted to redo them, but there was no way of reverting back to my originals in order to do so – the watermarked images had copied over the originals. You’d be better off developing it so it created a copy for ease of changing the watermarks.
    Cheers

And make it so that you can select the placement of each watermark on a per image basis. WordPress makes a copy of an image when you crop it, etc. so you can revert back to original. This plugin should too!

Good thing I read the negative comments and I agree with both previous comments:
    1) Leave a copy of originals as backup
    2) Provide the option to apply watermark on a per Image upload basis

Otherwise, great and straight to the point plugin.
