Deleted and trashed post still showing up

  • I have deleted and emptied the trash and I have a post that still is showing up on the homepage. I have cleared my cache and checked the site on a browser I never use. Still there. post returns a 404 error. The site is https://www.impactdentalseminars.com. Any help will be appreciated-this is driving me nuts!

    can you post the full permalink to the post that you have intended to put in the trash.
