I have deleted the contents of the wp-admin/cache direcctory … apparently that was stupid.

https://MyMuseMoviesMusicAndBooks.com now displays as a blank page.

wp-admin for the site works fine.

Is there anything I can do?

As far as I know, there shouldn’t be any /cache/ directory located in the /wp-admin/ directory. But if you deleted any directory/file from within the /wp-admin/ and/or the /wp-includes/ directory, you can always download a fresh copy of the WordPress version the site is using from here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/download/releases/

Then just extract the directory/file you need and upload it to the site via FTP/SFTP or some similar host provide File Manager.

Ooops! I should have written that the cache directory is in the installation’s root directory, not wp-admin. (Sigh, it’s been that kind of day.) ??

I’ve marked this thread as resolved and will create a new one with the proper info.

Hi to the moderator who archived the thread I started to correct this one:

I get your point about not posting ‘duplicate threads’… but couldn’t you have archived this one instead? This post incorrectly states the problem I’m experiencing; I can’t edit the original post to correct it, and I can’t delete it either. So, because people will — or already have — read this post, I’m unlikely to get the help I need from it because they won’t understand the problem.
