Deleted categories are still in database

Hello
In the administration of my woocommerce all categories (except the default category) and all products are deleted.
However if I put a shortcode (with the WPB Accordion Menu or Category PRO plugin) that displays all the categories it always displays a hundred.
There is no cache plugin, and I tested the database optimization plugins without change.So what would be the SQL query to do to make sure to completely remove the categories?

ps: in phpMyAdmin I found the “ghost” categories in these tables:
– wp_terms
– wp_postmeta
– wp_termmeta
– wp_term_taxonomy

I understand that deleted categories are still found in your database. Have you tried clearing WooCommerce transients? You can do it fromWooCommerce > Status > Tools.
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/8TUCBXIf that doesn’t help you can use a plugin like Advanced Database Cleaner to optimize your database and remove any leftovers in general.
I also found this SQL query but I strongly suggest you have a backup of your site before using it just in case.
