Deleted Catergories are coming back after few seconds

  • I wanted to delete all the categories and relist. so i went to categories in products and deleted all the categories. when i reload the page there are no categories BUT when i reload the page after few seconds categories are back there.. coming back automatically. how can i fix this?

    Hi there,

    This sounds like there might be some database caching taking place – Have you checked with your hosting provider on whether they have anything installed on a server-level that’ll cache it? Also, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    I added categories through Products> categories. i use dokan and woocommerce. when i deactivate dokan pro it doesn’t replace the categories back. When Dokan pro is activated it is bringing back the categories I have deleted. How can I fix this? I don’t want these categories anymore. I need to add new product categories. I have products already added BUT it replace the categories with 0 count as well.

    OK this is not only with Dokan PRO. even when its deactivates it still appears back. IDK from where it is coming
