• I’m using JetPackCRM, MailPoet, & WooCommerce.

I’ve entered several test email accounts into my WordPress system using a MailPoet Newsletter Sign-Up Form for testing purposes. Now I’m ready to begin afresh, but all deleted test user data reappears.

Here are the steps I’ve taken to attempt to purge my test user data:

From within JetpackCRM, I’ve deleted all JetPackCRM Contacts (plus their transactions, etc.).

From within MailPoet, I’ve removed all subscribers from all lists. I’ve unsubscribed all subscribers, and I’ve deleted the subscribers.

From within WooCommerce, I’ve deleted all customers and orders.

From within WordPress Users, I’ve removed all users (except for my admin account).

The Problem I am encountering is that all previously deleted JetpackCRM Contacts reappear inside of the JetpackCRM Contacts Panel.

How can I get rid of all test users so that I can begin fresh.

  • Hi @xizor!

Hmm.. That’s weird! I couldn’t replicate this issue with deleting contacts.

But if you’d like to completely delete Jetpack CRM and all its data. You can also delete its database entries. The Jetpack CRM database tables all start with zbs. For example, if your site’s database prefix is wp, you can delete all tables in your database that begin with wp_zbs after uninstalling and removing the plugin, and you should be all set.

Then, try to install Jetpack CRM plugin again to start fresh.

    Hope this helps!

@aicee11 I will follow your provided instructions: deleting the plugin and removing the database tables beginning with ‘zbs‘ within the next 72 hours.

Please keep this thread open as I will return to report my ‘success/failure’.

Hi @xizor! Sure thing! Please reply back here on how it goes.
