    Hi – My client has cancelled an event on their Facebook business – this is not being reflected on their website. Is there an “automated” way to update events on a site?

    Yes, you can enable update existing events that will be updated in WordPress if any changes are made to Facebook. If you do not select it will not update the already imported events. you can change the setting in the Facebook plugin setting section.

    Sorry for the mis-understanding.

    Actually we are saving events in cache for prevent call to facebook every time. it will stop displaying on website once cache get cleared. it is get cleared automattically every 15 mins.

    You can also manually clear cache using Clear Facebook events Cache: option. please check here. https://prnt.sc/rmoiy3

    Hi – Facebook event has been added and does not reflect in widget area of website.

    Also … event on Facebook has occurred, and has not been removed from widget area of website.

    I wanted updates (whether additions or expired events) to reflect on the site automatically as it is a clients site and wanted it to be as low maintenance as possible.

    Could you show a screenshot where these settings are or is there a plugin you could recommend that could clear cache after x amount of hours?
