Deleted Forum Page still loads

Hey guys, im in a bit of a troubled state >_<
I deleted an old forum page because it didn’t utilise the width properly and wouldnt let me alter the page layout, so i made another page and tried to use the same url yet the old page continues to be displayed. I have no idea how to over write the old page.
When i preview it prior to publishing it shows me the new layout, but when i publish it reverts back to the old one.

Remember to press CTRL and F5 simultaneously when viewing an updated page/site. Or try emptying your browser cache. This should ensure that your web browser fetches a fresh copy of the page rather than serving up an out-dated copy from your own cache.

Also disable/deactivate any caching plugin(s).

You don’t appear to be using a custom page template for this page. Are you using a child theme or a custom CSS plugin?

Negative for all of the above, I use the stock pinboard theme. The pinboard theme allows for different page templates.

You are not using a page template – just the default template.

Im aware of that. the problem is it wont let me over write this url with another page using the page template i want which is a full width page template.

Also im not sure if you noticed but if you click the url i gave you.. it says forums archive at the page header… no idea what on earth that is or where that is located..or even if that is the problem

Start by deleting that page completely – even from your trash.

Try asking your hosts if they are running a web cache.

I spoke with my hosting provider and they told me they dont have any web caching service besides cloudflare which i do not use.
