Deleted my plugins, now can't log in

There was a problem that was going on with one (or more) of the plugins that I was using that caused a bunch of script to display on the top of the blog page as well as my wp login page. So I deleted the plugins. Now I can’t login to my dashboard. here is the error message

Any Idea how i can get around this one? Pretty stumped.
