Deleted pages in Nav Menu

    I recently deleted two pages that weren’t being used on my site https://www.nonstopfishingcharters.com When I did this they appeared on my Nav Menu. The two pages are “Miscellaneous Species” and “Fishing-Reports”, but they are no where to be found on my dasboard. How can I remove them?

    That’s weird they’ve been there all day. Oh well, at least they’re gone!
    Any idea you can think of that they would of been there?

    You could have been pulling a cached copy of the page instead of the actual live page.
