Deleted plugin before clearing Ccache, now can't clear Cache

  • Hey guys,

    I had WP Super Cache installed, and I decided I wanted to remove it. I ended up deactivating and deleting the plugin without clearing the Cache first. I think there is some how residual Cache left over in my directory somewhere, because pages won’t update when I refresh.

    1) Is this even possible?
    2) If so, what can I do to resolve this issue?
