Deleted plugin still shows in Asset Optimization

You can re-check the assets manually using the Hummingbird > Assets Optimization > Re-check assets https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hummingbird/#assets-optimization

In case you have any object caching I suggest flushing it before the re-check assets just to ensure no cached result is going to show up.
