Deleted pop-up still appearing

I created a pop-up, then when it came to delete the pop-up I marked it as privately published, and its visibility as private. It still appeared.

So I moved it to the bin. It still appeared.

So I disabled the plugin. It still appeared.

So I re-enabled the plugin and permanently deleted it from the bin (someone else suggested this elsewhere). It still appeared.

I’m not sure what else I can do as I can’t see how permanently deleting the plugin will have any more effect! Can anyone suggest anything else I can try?
