Deleted Product showing up in search

  • Advanced Woo Search has been displaying one of the products we deleted a long time ago and this product is also no longer on the backend of woocommerce, not sure why its showing up upon product search, when you try to click the product it becomes a 404 error. I’ve tried to cache the browser, web, server, as well as cache the plugin itself and reindex table without any success. Anyone have a way to fix this? It wasn’t happening with our default product search.

    Hello,

    Well, it is strange. As I see, your site is multilingual. Maybe you don’t remove some product translation and that’s why it appears for search results?

    Also – as I understand you try to re-index the plugin table with no luck. Is that true?

    Hi,

    yes our site is multilingual however for this deleted product which keeps showing up its actually showing up regardless which language we’re viewing or searching in on the frontend. I’m sure it has been deleted as its not anywhere in the backend, and its not the product translation.

    We’ve tried re-indexing , and caching with no successful. When we deactivate the plugin and use the default search engine which comes with our theme, the deleted product doesnt show up. It’s just that one deleted product
