• Hello,

    I removed the stores that are not relevant anymore. 1. When first loading the page, they are visible in the list of all places. 2. When I search for a city, the removed stores are not visible, as it should be. How can they be removed from scenario 1? I permanently deleted them from the store list so I don’t know what else to do to remove them completely. Also cleared cache.

    For example: Boergondisch Rotterdam is one of the stores I want to remove. It is visible in scenario 1 and not in 2.

    You are right, Boergondisch Rotterdam is visible on page load. You mention you have cleared the cache, are you talking about a specific cache plugin your WordPress has?

    I mention this because Wp Store Locator also has its own transient cache, and it can be cleared using a dedicated button in the plugin settings, near the end. It is labeled “Clear store locator transient cache”. Try it out if you haven’t done it yet and get back to us if that doesn’t do the trick.

    Are you by chance using a i18n plugin like WPML? It just came to me that sometimes you think you have deleted a store, when in reality you have just deleted a translation for a store in a particular language, and this is something that often happens when you have multilang sites with WPML.

    Please double check and get back to us if the issue is not related to WPML or other multilingual plugins.
