Deleted the file manually, unable to upload through ftp 3.1.1 files

    I upgraded to wordpress 3.1.1 manually but it was showing error that upgrade not complete. So I did following:

    Deactivated all the plugins
    Deleted include and admin folder along with other file in root folder.
    Never deleted content and temporary folder and files robots, htaccess, wp-config.php.

    I am trying to upload the include and admin folders again for last 3 hours but fails to upload all the files.

    I have downloaded again the 3.1.1 and tried but no good.

    Website has crashes and I am helpless. Can you please guide.

    Sorry for delay in responding. I failed to upload the filezila repeatedly and since website was down and I was getting frustrated with that decided to upload each file and folder using c-panel. A tedious job which took almost 7 hours but yes I was able restore the website.
