    The problem still persists after re-installing a back up..

    How can we re-create the woocommerce.php? Or if we re-installed the plugin would we loose all products and data?

    Follow these steps. (Assuming you have the latest version of this plugin installed).

    1) Try downloading the plugin from the wordpress repository (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/woocommerce/)
    2) Extract it to a folder on your machine (not your server)
    3) Upload just the missing file to your server.

    If it was in your theme directory, just copy the page.php and rename it woocommerce.php and follow the instructions on theme compatibility in the Woocommerce documentation.
