I can confirm that this happens.
– I managed to disable certain image sizes
– when I clicked on the Regenerate button the process removed the unwanted image thumbnail sizes
– but the same process removed the .svg files from my media library (!!!)
This side-effect makes me wonder whether I should keep this plugin. Please resolve this ASAP. I keep my files backed up so I was able to reupload the .svg content but losing data/content is something anyone would find unacceptable.

You might want to implement two additional features:
– a new tab where users can submit their feedback, report bugs, or send information related to their site – for which you ask in a banner but users cannot see what data is being shared if accepted
– an option to add specific image sizes (in case one would like to remove most of the improper sizes but introduce 1 or 2 custom image sizes instead).
