Deletes your work without warning

At first I thought this was a really good quiz plugin. However, after I added some text to one of the results of one of my quizzes, my whole work got deleted just like that. There was no way to get my work of several hours back, it was simply lost.

I did nothing out of the ordinary, just adding some text. A bug like that is an absolute no-go!
