Deleting Comment Box and Tags

Is there a way to delete the code for the comment box that appears at the bottom of each page? Also would love to know how to delete all the tags from appearing on page as well.

Love this theme other than those items. Wish there was a way to “turn them off”. I would hate to switch themes.
