Deleting Donations

    I’d like to delete test donations.
    I deleted most by going to Tools > Data > Recount Stats
    Delete Test Donors and Donations

    But I have one Pending donation.
    I can change its status on the donation page but it won’t let me delete it.
    I set it for cancelled but even then if I try to delete it I get the confirmation prompt, click OK and it won’t delete.

    I figured out that from the Donors page with list of donors, I can not click delete from there. It does not work. But if I click Edit I can go to the Delete Donor tab and then delete that donor and any associated donations.

    Not sure why the Delete button does not work right from the Donors page.

    Hi @jimk1416,

    I’m glad you got things working using a workaround. I could not reproduce the issue on my test site as shown in this quick video: https://somup.com/c3QYDNUpqv

    My guess is that there’s some javascript conflict happening in the Donor’s page that prevents the actions from working correctly.

    The problem was on the staging site and it worked OK on another so yes must be some strange conflict.
