Deleting Event Logs in Tools

    Hi,

    I have quite a large database and using the Tools and counting Event Trigger logs shows that there are potentially over 30,000 entries I can delete. It says it’s safe to delete them, but I just want to be clear about what will happen if I delete them.

    If an Achievement requires doing something 3 times and say someone has performed the action 2 out those 3 times, will this reset their actions to zero so they now have to do the action 3 times? Or will it only delete the event Event Trigger entries for users who have already completed the requirements?

    Hi @windurin

    I would be more than happy to assist you today

    This tool will clean up all the logs you configured in the tool settings

    So, it does not takes care if even triggers of a user is in the middle process

    But keep in mind that you can setup from and to date to remove the logs, so you can remove the logs setting the to date until the past week/month to prevent to remove the logs of users who are in the middle of earn an achievement
