[NSFW] deleting file caused website ot go down

I must admit Im no expert Today i tried ot find vulnerabilities what I tohught were old files that needed ot be deleted or repaired. I installed plug Wordfence. It did a scan of the site and then came up with a load of problematic files that were Files appears to be malicious or unsafe: I deleted a couple without first doing a back up. Next thing I know fantasyshopping.co.uk website has gone down replaced by a line saying critical issues.
My question is how do i find the erro and can it be repaired

Do you know what files you removed? You’ll need to find and replace them.
If you have a pre-deletion backup, you might restore files from it. Otherwise,
WP core files: Do a manual update.
Plugin/theme files: Delete then reinstall the plugin/theme.
