Deleting Images

Hi everyone in the forum,
just a question i have no clue how to solve.
In my site i have modified the “upload box” php to force users to insert the uploaded images in the wp-editor, no way to avoid it, not allowing to save except if they insert images into the post.
The problem is when they are working in the editor and press the button in the image to delete it, it is deleted in the post but not in the gallery, so that is the question how could be deleted in the gallery when a user delete the same image in the post? any idea would be greatful.
