Deleting Images from the Participants Database.

I can’t believe nobody knows how to delete images that are uploaded by users/Participants into the Participants Database. I have had to create an image that is one pixel by one pixel that I replace the unwanted images with.
The Participants Database is a fantastic plug-in so there must be a way. Surely I am not the only one who has had unsuitable images uploaded.
