Deleting missed chats issue

  • Hello,
    Many thanks for this helpful plugin.
    We have an issue when deleting “Missed Chats” we get this message: “No CID?”
    and nothing happens, the missed chats remain.
    We really appreciate your prompt response to solve this issue.

    Hi there, we’ve never seen this issue to be honest and couldn’t reproduce it. We’ll further investigate as time allows and attempt to provide a fix in one of the upcoming releases of the plugin if we’re able to.

    Many thanks for your reply, awaiting for the plugin updates.

    Also getting the same issue, it states ‘No CID?’ when our customer tries to delete missed chats.
