deleting spam from feedback

I have 211,945 of spam in my feedback. Godaddy is going to suspend my my account if i do not have it removed. They have been unsuccessful at helping me. I have used both Spam Comments Cleaner and Delete Comments By Status and still have spam n feedback. I am not allowing comments anymore. any help would be appreciated, or if you could direct me somewhere. thank you
