    Hi all,

    I want to delete the “description” field on the ticket form, however there is no disable function for this field. I find “description” as far too generic, and I don’t like how the UI shows on it. Is there any way to manually delete/remove/disable this?

  • Hi @dudgemaster,

    There is any option to disable the description field. But you can disable the CKEdior so that it will only show the normal textarea. If you want to disable it please goto Support Plus > Advance Settings > CKEdior and uncheck the options.
