    Hello,

    Our bridge does not actively preform any kind of task.
    the only way it can ever delete or replace subjects is when you create or reply to a ticket.

    I can confirm with osticket 1.9.6 / 1.9.7 and WP 4.2.2 it works fine for all our deployments (and subjects storage are also not related to WordPress but osticket db).

    Only time i saw the subjects disappear was in an osticket upgrade it self where they moved the subject fields into a different database table.
    so considering your subjects disappeared i would more look towards osticket it self or try and replicate exactly during what process it removes the subject:
    creating ticket as user, creating ticket as admin, reply to ticket as user, reply to ticket as admin, creating ticket using the contact style shortcode.

    Those are basically the only scripts/ pages that can adjust a subject for a specific ticket. (they do not do any mass query for all tickets).

    I didn’t upgrade osticket. Upgrade process done for WordPress only

    so considering your subjects disappeared i would more look towards osticket it self or try and replicate exactly during what process it removes the subject:

    I’m doing these tests too. I’ll reply the result ASAP.
