  • No, it’s not an issue.

    Here’s what you do:

    1) login to your admin panel as the administrator

    2) create a new user with a new username for yourself (e.g. anything but “admin” or your real name) with a nice, strong password, and give that new username administrator status

    3) test that you can log in under the new username and that you do indeed have full admin priveleges

    4) delete the old “admin” user.
