deleting user and then re-registering with same email

    Hi

    im not a coder and am testing out the plugin

    I registered an email address as a testUser in WP. The testUser is also reflected in Contacts of WP ERP CRM.

    Then i deleted that testUser in WP ERP, as well as in WP itself.

    When i tried to re-register the same email address again, that profile is shown in WP but it is no longer reflected in WP ERP. Im assuming that WPERP still has the email in the database?

    Can you throw some light on this? I tried looking at phpmyadmin.

    It might be in the Trash. Please clean the trash and check again.

    Note: You can have this setting enabled to get the new WP user synched with the contact. Ref: https://prnt.sc/vggbjp

    Took a while to figure out what you meant about the Trash. But got there in the end. It seems to work. Thank you
